Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 26, 2026

Pixel Blocks (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PixelBlock VR multiplayer game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play the game or visit our website.

Information We Collect

In order to attach a user to server‑side records we assign and retain a unique identifier (user ID). We do not keep any other personal data in our systems unless you explicitly provide it (e.g. when contacting support).

How We Use Your Information

Consistent with the Meta Horizon Developer Data Use Policy, we only use the user ID and any data you explicitly share for the following purposes:

We do not use any collected data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sell/license it to third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We retain only the user ID and any minimal optional data you provide. We do not sell, license, or otherwise transfer User Data.

We do not share Advertising ID or any other persistent device identifiers and we do not combine user IDs with other datasets except as necessary to operate the game.

Data Security & Deletion

We implement industry‑standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the user ID and any other information we process. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers bound by our agreements.

You may request correction or deletion of your user data at any time by contacting us. We will promptly remove identifiers and any associated records from our systems unless retention is required by law. We also comply with any deletion requests from Meta pursuant to the Developer Data Use Policy.

Children’s Privacy

The game is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal of a child’s data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
