Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 26, 2026
Pixel Blocks (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PixelBlock VR multiplayer game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play the game or visit our website.
Information We Collect
In order to attach a user to server‑side records we assign and retain a unique identifier (user ID). We do not keep any other personal data in our systems unless you explicitly provide it (e.g. when contacting support).
- User Identifier: A non‑personal, random ID used solely to associate gameplay data with your account on our backend. This ID is required for game functionality and may be transmitted to Meta for authentication or other platform services.
- Optional Data: If you voluntarily submit information (e.g., support requests, feedback), we will only store what is necessary to address your inquiry.
How We Use Your Information
Consistent with the Meta Horizon Developer Data Use Policy, we only use the user ID and any data you explicitly share for the following purposes:
- Running, supporting, and maintaining the game experience and related services.
- Conducting aggregated or de‑identified analytics to improve gameplay without identifying individuals.
- Complying with applicable laws and requests from authorities.
We do not use any collected data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sell/license it to third parties.
Sharing Your Information
We retain only the user ID and any minimal optional data you provide. We do not sell, license, or otherwise transfer User Data.
- Service providers who operate infrastructure or provide analytics on our behalf under strict agreements that prohibit them from using data for their own purposes (see section 5 of the Developer Data Use Policy).
- Law enforcement or other authorities if required by law, in which case we will provide only the minimum information necessary.
We do not share Advertising ID or any other persistent device identifiers and we do not combine user IDs with other datasets except as necessary to operate the game.
Data Security & Deletion
We implement industry‑standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the user ID and any other information we process. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers bound by our agreements.
You may request correction or deletion of your user data at any time by contacting us. We will promptly remove identifiers and any associated records from our systems unless retention is required by law. We also comply with any deletion requests from Meta pursuant to the Developer Data Use Policy.
Children’s Privacy
The game is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal of a child’s data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
